I had a decent stay at this hotel with some highlights and a few issues. The shuttle service was fantastic, making it super easy to get to the slopes. However, the noise from other guests was really disruptive, and the thin walls were definitely a downside. Overall, the hotel provides good value for a ski getaway, but be prepared for a few inconveniences.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights with my kids and while the rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel seems like it could use a significant update, as many areas feel outdated and neglected. Also, the lack of amenities for kids was a disappointment. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay more bearable.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were large and clean with a great shower, but a bit outdated.
Service

The staff was helpful, especially Maddie at the front desk, which made check-in quick and easy.
Location

You're quite close to the slopes, which is convenient, but it can be tricky to find the hotel initially.
Dining

The breakfast was mostly carbs and quite basic, lacking in variety.
Facilities

There's no pool for kids, only a dated jacuzzi and a game room that needs updating.

I had an interesting stay at this ski motel. The location is perfect for hitting the slopes, but there were quite a few drawbacks that made it a mixed experience. The room I stayed in was far from ideal, with some dated decor and a few maintenance issues. The service was a highlight, with helpful staff and prompt shuttle service, but dining options left a lot to be desired, especially for dinner.

Rooms
6.0
The room I had was basic and showed signs of aging. While the beds were comfortable, the overall feel was a bit worn down, and the lack of some amenities was disappointing.
Service
9.0
The shuttle service was fantastic! The drivers were friendly and always prompt, making it easy to get to the mountain without hassle, and the front desk staff were also helpful.
Location
10.0
The motel is right on the mountain, which made skiing super convenient. I couldn't ask for a better spot for a ski trip!
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but the dinner experience was beyond frustrating. The restaurant was poorly managed, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some good facilities like a hot tub, but the sauna could have been hotter. Overall, some areas could use maintenance to improve the experience.

6.2/10

I stayed here for a weekend golf school, and while the location is fantastic—right in the village and close to the mountain—the hotel itself feels outdated. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was adequate, but our room had some cleanliness issues, and the noise levels from neighboring rooms were bothersome. Honestly, the place just needs some updating to really make it shine.

Rooms
5.0
The room was clean, but the decor felt very dated, and the walls were paper thin. There was a clunky A/C unit that was too noisy to keep on. I had to open the window instead.
Service
6.0
The staff were quite friendly, which was a nice touch. However, maid service missed cleaning certain areas, which was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a great spot, right in the village with easy access to the mountain and nearby shops and restaurants.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was adequate, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. It was basic but did the job.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel feels old and clunky, especially the heating and cooling systems. Some facilities could use a serious update.
